1. Orders & Payments

All prices are in NZD and may change without notice. Full payment is required before shipping.
Shipping charges apply to all orders and are non-refundable.

2. Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Ozone Generators:

• Returnable within 30 days of delivery

• Must be unused, in sellable condition, with all original packaging

• A 15% restocking fee applies

• Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is your responsibility

Glassware & Accessories:

• Returnable within 30 days only if unopened and fully sealed

• Used or opened items cannot be returned

• A 15% restocking fee applies

Ozonated Oils & Suppositories:

• Not returnable under any circumstances

Please note:

• All orders include a non-refundable shipping charge, even if returned

• Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected

• For any concerns, feel free to contact us before placing your order
